In this Sunset At The Beach painting I learned about light and refraction. The crashing waves are not as smooth as I would like but I do like how the sun reflects off the wet sand.

Another Abstract Moon Scape landscape piece as I learn from another tutorial. Several elements I like from this one. Made me think of Led Zeppelin’s “Misty Mountain Hop” song.

A simple tutorial playing with shapes. I like the abstract element of this Moons Over The Mountains painting. Tried some different effects with the moon and stars in this landscape part of this as well.

This is a new style for me to try based on some tutorials on YouTube. It’s kind of dark in the corner but there is a cat in the window there. Simple but learned some cool techniques. It seems each artist has their own way of doing things.

This one was fun to do still learning depth and lighting with these tutorials. I love late afternoon/evening as the clouds play with the sunlight.
